These terms cover the website, Living Brief and introductory bookings. It does not replace a product or professional-services agreement.

1. Who we are and scope
SprintLab is operated by KGD Solutions Pty Ltd, ABN 38 670 909 636. Contact: contact@sprintlabsoftware.com.
These terms explain the permitted use of our website, its introductory tools and meeting-booking service. Any separately agreed product or professional-services contract governs that service. These terms do not change an existing agreement or remove rights provided by law.
2. Website information and demonstrations
Website information is general information about our work. It is not a site-specific fire-safety assessment, certification, engineering opinion, legal advice or investment recommendation. Obtain advice from an appropriately qualified person before making decisions that require professional assessment.
We aim to describe capabilities accurately and distinguish plans, demonstrations, built features and commissioned services. A demonstration or roadmap is not a promise that a feature is currently available or will be delivered by a particular date. Any agreed deliverables, acceptance criteria, prices and warranties belong in a separate written agreement.
3. Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and respect other people's privacy and intellectual property. Do not introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, interfere with availability, or attempt to access private systems or information without authority. We may proportionately restrict access to address abuse, security threats or unlawful conduct. Where practicable and appropriate, we will explain a restriction and provide a contact for review.
4. Your information and the Living Brief
You retain ownership of information you provide. Sending an enquiry gives us permission to handle it for responding to that enquiry and arranging the requested discussion; it does not transfer ownership or give us a general right to publish it or use it for model training.
The current Living Brief processes the text you enter in your browser using predefined rules. It is not connected to live AIOS/SAM. Selecting an email link opens your email application; you decide whether to send. Its brief and receipt are discussion aids, not verified assessments, approvals or authority to act.
Do not enter passwords, access tokens, sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material into an introductory enquiry. If a discussion requires confidential material, agree a suitable channel and any confidentiality terms first. Website hosting and third-party services may process technical connection information. This is not a promise that all website activity stays on your device.
5. Meetings through Microsoft Bookings
SprintLab uses Microsoft Bookings to display meeting types and availability and collect booking details. Check the displayed time zone, meeting duration and confirmation details. A booking is confirmed when the booking service issues confirmation.
An introductory booking alone does not authorise paid work, establish a supplier engagement, guarantee funding or create an obligation to buy a product. Any fee must be clearly disclosed and agreed before a paid service is booked. These terms impose no introductory-meeting cancellation or no-show fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, use the options in your confirmation or contact us as soon as practicable. If we need to change a meeting, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative where possible. Neither party should record or transcribe a meeting without informing participants and obtaining any consent required by law.
6. People retain authority
Website tools, briefs and meeting outputs do not give SAM permission to access your systems, execute changes, approve work or make commitments on your behalf. Any later integration or service requires its own agreed scope, permissions and applicable contract. No website interaction itself authorises autonomous evolution of a customer's software.
7. Intellectual property
SprintLab and its licensors retain their rights in website material, branding and software. You may view, link to and share links to publicly available pages and keep a copy of material for your own evaluation. Other reuse requires permission unless the law or an applicable licence permits it. Third-party publications and materials retain their own copyright and licence conditions.
8. External services and privacy
Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn, YouTube and other linked services have their own availability, sign-in requirements, terms and privacy practices. Linking to them does not give SprintLab control over those services. We remain responsible for our own conduct and obligations.
We use enquiry and booking details to respond, organise meetings and maintain appropriate business records. An enquiry or booking is not consent to unrelated marketing or model training. Contact contact@sprintlabsoftware.com with privacy questions or requests concerning information we hold. A separate privacy notice must explain the verified collection, use, storage, sharing and retention arrangements before these terms are adopted.
9. Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct under applicable law. These website terms impose no blanket visitor indemnity and do not create a contractual liability cap. Liability, support and service commitments for paid products must be addressed in the relevant agreement, subject to applicable law.
10. Changes and disputes
We will identify the version and effective date of adopted terms. Changes apply prospectively and will not retrospectively change a confirmed booking or separate agreement. Material changes affecting an existing arrangement will be communicated and agreed where required.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns. New South Wales law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections in the jurisdiction that applies to you. This does not prevent you from using a regulator, tribunal or court available under applicable law.
